Rezoning for a 134-acre waterfront master-planned community which achieved entitlements for 2850 dwellings and over 500,000 square feet of commercial space.
Rezoning and Development Permit application for a mixed-use 600+ -dwelling rental development with phased integration of new and existing retail tenants.
Rezoning and Development Permit application for a mixed-use 400+ – dwelling rental development and a second-floor podium of generous residential amenity space.
Official Community Plan Amendment and Rezoning application for a 726-acre master-planned community in the Cedar / Cinnabar Valley neighbourhoods in Nanaimo. Included extensive partnerships with the Snuneymuxw First Nation.
Public engagement and planning background work to facilitate a phased master plan for the redevelopment of a 5-acre public property in the District of Sooke.
A comprehensive rezoning application in the Glen Valley neighbourhood in Langford. Scope included work with the Ministry of Transportation to re-align Sooke and Happy Valley Road.
Rezoning application for a comprehensive development to facilitate a 30,000 square foot community library branch and 200 + affordable rental housing dwellings.
Rezoning and Development Permit for a 50-acre master planned community around the Langford town centre and Florence Lake. This included an affordable housing building contribution with the Capital Regional Housing Corporation.
Rezoning for a comprehensive mixed-use auto centre and residential housing development on a property which startled Langford and Colwood and included highway frontage access inclusion.
